We were sceptical when visiting the store as we have in the past ended up with inferior products that did not meet our needs (from other stores). We thought we would only look but thanks to the help and advice that we received we are now looking forward to a good nights sleep on our new mattress in just a weeks time.

the young assistant was there to give advice when needed, but stayed far enough away so as not to put pressure on us to buy any particular product.

Very pleasant experience. Staff were not pushy, but gave the right amount of information as needed. Were offered tea and coffee, which is not always the case elsewhere.

I am the owner of a very large retailer. The largest in my sector. We were looked after by the store manager, Tony. I wish that someone that has worked for me for 21 years showed the level of service and enthusiasm that your store manager did. He really did "go the extra mile" BUT !!! What REALLY impressed me is that positivity was bubbling down through the whole store. GOOD JOB!!!
