The assistant attended to our needs promptly, efficiently & most importantly, in a friendly, polite manner. She demonstrated excellent knowledge of the products & excellent customer service skills.

Friendly and professional staff. Not pushy but very helpful

Attentive service throughout the visit from Liam and another colleague, but also left us alone to try out mattresses and make a decision without harassing us. Then checked up again after 10mins or so. Offered drinks and biscuits. Did not try to sell us the most expensive. Based on personal requirements and taste.

All the staff were attentive and helpful. We were able to test out the beds we were interested in and the staff were really knowledgeable.

Tony was very knowledgeable and extremely ettentive on our first visit to the store. We went back the week after to place the order but all staff were attentive, friendly, and I was also offered a free coffee, which was nice.

We came into store just to have a look for a bed. As soon as we walked into the store a member of staff was there waiting to greet us, He talked us through all the products and we did not feel rushed at all. We even recieved a cup of tea while we tried the comfort of the beds and we ended up finding a bed which is being delievred free. Fabulous experience

Liam was most helpful and advised us about the different options for choosing a mattress.

I was assisted by the store manager and he was fab! Super attentive and just generally great.
