Assistant was exceptionally helpful with all the needs that we requested, bought extra pillows for my husband as he is disabled and cannot lay flat ,an offer of a cup of tea and very helpful in explaining the order details and delivery times to us. Nothing seemed to be to much trouble , very impressed. This is the second time we have purchased a product from your store, the first time was Braintree which happened to be the same lady who served us both times just different stores.

The knowledge of the assistant who served us his name was Liam made things very easy. We were going to other stores but ended up making the purchase the same morning.

We were greeted straight away and given all the information that we asked for.

We were looked after very well all the time we were in the store. Ps this is the second survey I’ve filled in as I did one as soon as I got home!

We had great service from Amanda at your Tollgate store. The whole concept of choosing a new mattress was confusing with so many different types on display. However, she was very patient and explained the different construction, materials etc and we therefore were able to decide on what was right for us. As Amanda took us through the paperwork we even had coffee and biscuits. A very positive experience.
