Dreams - Colchester

After trying a few different bed shops, we found dreams to be the best overall, the staff very welcoming and friendly they couldn't do more to help us. Would definitely use the store again.

We went to buy a new mattress the person who delt with us was extremely helpful and listened to what we wanted showed us a selection of mattresses even gave me extra pillows. We were really pleased with the help and advice given to us at the store, would highly recommend them to all our family and friends.

Everyone was very friendly, our sales adviser was very knowledgeable and helpful, but didn't Pester us and left us alone a few times so me and my husband could talk our options through. He also recognised that I was struggling due to a very dry mouth and immediately made me a cup of tea. He recognised when we were ready to make a decision and we sat with all the sales advisers whilst placing the order. We were buying a shop display model and he explained fully the details of this.

The support and assistance from Danielle and her colleagues at the Colchester store was first class. You should regard them all as great ambassadors to your business I became an advocate as a result
