Dreams - Colchester

Firstly I would like to thank a colleague that assisted us at the store in Beckton. Her name was Zahra. She was the most polite and friendliest person I’ve met. She has given such a great customer service and was listening to us and understood exactly what we wanted and within what budget. She has given the service offered us drinks, greeted us, and gave us a pillow with the mattress that we have purchased. A BIG thank you to Zahra for her wonderful service.

This is the first time buying a bed and mattress for myself and my partner. Tony did an excellent job at listening to our needs. I have broken my back in a bad accident 3 years ago and he helped me find the perfect mattress. His product knowledge and understanding was highly satisfying.

All my concerns were answered, very knowledgeable staff &very pleasent to deal with.

Liam who served us provided the right balance between helping and giving us time to discuss our decision.

The staff at the store we visited were pleasant, polite and friendly and gave assistance when needed. We were left to trial the mattresses and get comfy.. and choose in our own time without feeling pressured. Happy with the store and staff. :)

The assistant was knowledgeable about the products, he answwered our questions well and put no pressure on us at all. He gave us time alone to try the products but was on hand to answer further questions.

Great service

Explained what I was looking for and was taken to the products that fitted my criteria. The sales assistant was knowledgable and answered all my question. I was also offered a hot drink whilst in store which was a nice touch.

Tony was helpful and able to discuss the types of mattress which would be suitable for us. I needed some information on the mattress material which he knew all about.
