I was highly satisfied because I was allowed to choose my bed with out being pounced upon and when I needed advice the sales person was very knowledgeable about the type of bed I wanted

The staff were friendly and efficient everything well marked and priced to make it easier to find the right product

The assistant was knowledgeable and informative without being pushy she explained the differences between the mattresses and understood our requirements.

I never had any idea about all the different mattreses, Amanda was very helpful and put me at ease , as I find shopping very stressful and it is very difficult for me to make up my mind, she kindly helped me to choose what would be right for me.

We were only going to spend 700 on a hypnos but after trying the tempur cloud we just had to buy so comfy

Danielle very - seemed genuine - friendly, helpful, 10/10. I had previously walked out of Bensons due to staff being arrogant and unhelpful

The Colchester sales assistant (Tony ) was very helpful. He completed my application, and after he had finished he discovered that I was eligible for a discount (military) so started the whole process again without any fuss. It felt like he wanted to make sure that I received the right discount. He also didn't pressurise me with additional services like sofa protection etc.

We initially visited the store in Colchester and were treated with courtesy and care. The salesperson Tony, is warm, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. We returned the following day and placed our order with him. This is not the first time we have bought from the store and I am sure it will not be the last. Thanks to all the staff, especially Tony and we lok forward to seeing them in the future (Up the Hammers)
