The reason for our highly satisfied ratings were down to the customer service received in store, we was made to feel very welcome and was given great help and advice on each matress after discussing our needs to then be left alone with no pressure to test the product/s for ourselves followed by a quick and easy purchase.

They were very quick and new just what I wanted and they were very courteous

Was served by a very engaged member of staff Tony R. Who was a great ambassador for your company. He was able to demonstrate great product technical knowledge and assisted us in deciding what to purchase to suit our needs. I liked that nothing was to much trouble and he even made us a cup of tea which I thought was great customer service.

From the moment we walked in and started looking at the beds friendly staff came up to help. This is a stark difference to another high street store a couple of units down who just hounded us for a sale. Instead your staff were friendly and helped with everything we needed.
