Octavia was superb ... she understood immediately what we wanted, explained the different options, wasn't pushy, just gave us all the options. She was probably the best sales assistant I have ever come across ... empathy is the key. 10 out of 10.

Olivia at the Colchester branch was amazing very attentative but did not harrass and left us alone to make the final decisions. She was very knowledgable and worked with us to determine our needs listening and allowing us time to decide.

I was greeted by Danielle with a big smile just after entering the store, she was attentive, listened really carefully to what I wanted and then helped me through the process step by step which made purchasing the bed really easy. At times she left us to talk things through which was nice as we had space to talk without feeling rushed or pressured whilst returning every so often to make sure we were still on track and had no more questions. I really like the colour coding of the different mattresses and the firmness rating system. We were given pillows so we were testing all the beds with the same one so they were all tested the same in that way. She gave my 12 year old son the same attention with his new mattress selection, being as patient with him and talking to him in a way he understood. My mum who is disabled was given a seat and we had a hot drink. Danielle's product knowledge is superb and she answered all of our questions straight away with detailed and clear answers explaining the tech bits so we understood. I had seen another bed two shops away that I was going to buy, it was £800 cheaper. It was because of the excellent service, that I paid the extra. Thank you

The assistant was very friendly, and did not try to persuade us to buy a dearer bed, although shown many beds Danielle was quite happy to go with what we wanted. Very pleased with her help.

Octavia at the Colchester store was excellent in supporting us with our purchase. We are buying our first home together and sadly have no idea what we are doing! But thanks to Octavia, she worked out all of the measurements and the space available to us in our new bedroom, and suggested how we could move furniture to maximise space. She made excellent suggestions for us example soft close hinges, which we were delighted with at £19. We visited the store two weeks prior to the purchase and were so happy with Octavia customer service the first time, that we waited to see her again on the second time as she was initially with another customer.

The help and assistance given by Danielle was of the highest order. She ws never the "Pushy" type but was always available when we required help and information. She is a credit to your company and one of the main reasons we would recommend your company to family and friends..
