Dreams - Colchester

The store manager Tony made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. My wife and I did not feel rushed at all into making a decision and all questions we had were answered quickly and honestly

Danielle from dreams was so polite and lovely when helping me and my mum choose a bed. We came in knowing what frame we wanted but we was struggling to find a mattress. Danielle showed us around and helped up get the best price available! Everything was tidy in the shop and the service was to a god standard

Met all our needs without any pressure to buy.

We had been in the store about three minutes looking at bed bases. We knew the type we wanted and looked at some. One of the male assistants joined us and we reiterated our needs and straight away he answered all our queries. We selected a bed base and the colour of it's fabric. We then went to a lady at a desk who then dealt with our order and gave us a delivery date. I don't suppose we were in the store more than 20 minutes. It helped of course that we knew exactly what we wanted having bought a similar bed base in this store a couple of years ago. Very impressed with service. Difficult to comment on satisfaction of the base chosen until we have had it some while and used it.

Help and assistance and availability meant it was an easy process

We went in to buy a spare bed and did not wAnt to spend too much, we to,d the assistant this and he advised us on the best one for a spare bed.

Danielle was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. She showed a high level of customer care.

There was only one member of staff on duty in the store at the time of our visit. Aside from us there were 2 other customers that somehow the staff member managed to serve without hassle, panic or stress.

Tony V at Stanway was very helpful, gave us all the information we needed, we did not feel pressured to make a decision. We needed to replace our Sealey mattress and had been so impressed with our old one we wanted another Sealey which Tony assisted us with.
