We were shown around the products and the information and advice given by Tony V was great. We were left alone to discuss options without any pressure on us to buy which and the experience enjoyable. Tony understood our needs and when asked, gave good advice to enable us to make the right choices with the reassurance that we could speak to him in the future should we need him. I found the staff very helpful, and patient, and quickly found what I was looking for. Just one disappointment they couldn't provide me with a sample of the fabric of the headboard to take away to try against possible colours I'm having bedroom painted in.

Assistant knew the total product range specifications, this made our task simple. The total elapsed time was 30 minutes from entering the Store to leaving having made our purchase

I have been in sales a lot of my working life so I like to be treated as I would with a customer;I was assisted by Tony the manager he was very knowledgeable about his products and I explained I do have a back problem so he helped me choice the right mattress etc,also what I liked and the fact I brought off him is he wasn't pushy,he offered me extras but I declined as on a limited budget.Thank you Tony

Both the staff and the manager Tony in the Colchester branch were very polite and helpful throughout the whole purchasing of our bed. Both my wife and I live in Chelmsford, and were not impressed with the service in our local branch, so we travelled over 20 miles back to Colchester to purchase our bed. Well done to all the staff at Colchester.

Excellent customer service Great knowledge Helpful Friendly but not pushy

The whole ambiance was just so enjoyable right from the original greeting right through to the final placing of the order. The two girls Octavia and Danielle were charming and knowledgeable and were not pushy but attentive and made exactly sure that we knew everything that would be happening
