The store assistant, Octavia was very friendly in her approach and gave us every confidence in our purchase including being very patient as my wife and I constantly changed our minds on choice of tv/beds!

The assistance that we were given was very helpful and he helped me to make a decision about which mattress would be best for my needs and firmness

Very satisfied. Both my daughter and myself bought a mattress and pillows (she had just given me a lift there and ended up buying herself!)

We were offered a bottle of water as it was hot. We were asked what pillows we usually used and provided with a similar sample to check the comfort of the beds. Sales assistants were friendly, informative and not pushy. Sales assistants worked well as a team.
