My daughter and I were pleased with the general ambience of the store and the considerable choice of mattress on display:also by the pleasant reception we received and the subsequent help from Victoria, who was well informed and conducted our visit in a friendly and professional manner. Victoria listened to my requirements and after the excellent body scan assessment, helped me choose a mattress without any attempt to pressure me, but readily answered the questions we asked her:admirable. Highly delighted by our by our experience.

Staff were very helpful and patient as we tried out different mattresses and we finally decided upon the right mattress.

Found the bed we were looking for our child which had an offer on and we quickly located a mattress. Whilst there as well we bought 2 Tempur pillows too. Tony at the Tollgate, Colchester store was super helpful telling us the price all together and the nearest delivery date. Tony changed the date for us and told us how much the bed guarantee would be and what it would cover. It was a quick and easy experience.

Everything was laid out nicely so we could view the options for the type of bed frame we were looking for. Ross was asked by a colleague to help us and was very knowledgeable and able to direct us to the products meeting our specifications and demonstrate the ottoman function for us. When we were ready to place our order another colleague went and found Ross to complete the sale which we were pleased with. He was very helpful and courteous during our visit.
