Staff were exellent ,very,very helpful.Thougght the price was very good ,even before we were told it was in sale at 20per cent discount.Delivery date exactly what we what we wanted.First class service all round Many Thanks.

Tony V in Colchester Stanway branch is an excellent representative for Dreams. He sold us our bed 10 years ago and we returned to find him still there. He was courteous, helpful and friendly without being pushy in anyway. We went in just for a browse and came out with a high quality sleigh bed, expensive mattress, wardrobe, two cabinets and a pillow!!

Very attentive but not overbearing staff, given time to look and consider, offered deals, possible cheaper options explained, offered drinks, very comfortable both browsing and being served in this store.

The sales assistant was very knowledgeable and knew the products and what would best suit my needs, never once did she try to sell a more expensive product than I needed. Amazing friendly service

Octavia at the stanway branch was very professional and friendly. She gave us advice and then let us get on with trying the mattresses without hoovering over us. Bottled water was also given to us which was a nice touch.
