Octavia and the staff in general were very welcoming and knowledgeable. Left us to look at the products in our own time and assisting if we had an enquiry. Octavia was very helpful and assisted with our purchase. Couldn't have been more helpful.

Staff were attentive to our needs. Patient with selection of frame and mattress. Very friendly. Will be returning to the store to buy our grandson a new bed within weeks. Superb customer service and after sales care and updates on delivery.

Products were clearly labelled & colour coded enabling us to make the right choice of mattress. The staff member who helped us (Tony) was knowledgeable & friendly with no hard sell.

Because the team were very helpful friendly it was nice to get drinks and the chance to test any pillow of our choice staff were very knowledgeable not too pushy like in previous stores given enough time to decide without feeling pressured into buying couldn't be happier

The assistant was very knowledgable, explainedhoe sprung mattresses worked and when was asked about gel mattresses he answered all our questions. was completely up to date with the products.
