found what I wanted quickly and had questions answered by knowable staff

I was served by Tony the store Manager, I found Tony very warm and welcoming. He helped point me in the right direction of what I was looking for. I felt at ease while I was looking. Once I had chosen the mattress Tony ordered this for me and I am pleased to say the whole process was stress free. Tony even made me a cup of tea! I am so looking forward to my mattress being delivered and I would certainly shop at Dreams Colchester again and will be recommending the store to my family and friends

Your staff member was helpful and knowledgeable and was attentive without being overbearing we were also given as much time as we needed to make our own decisions.

We were given immediate assistance and information about the product. We were given time to go away and measure up, returning the next day to place the order. Also we were given a satisfactory date for delivery. A friendly service.

Because they bhad what I wanted

The staff and Tony, the Manager were all very friendly. Tony was very helpful without being 'pushy'. My partner was so impressed that after placing my order he bought himself a mattress. I will definitely recommend Dreams at Tollgate, Colchester, to all my family and friends.

Great product, great service

The girl that served us was interested in our needs and not just a sale. She discussed what we wanted and recomended a few products. I like the no push type of sales person.

We had Tony V at our store and he came over to us straight away and asked if we needed any help. He gave us just the right amount of space and help to make us feel comfortable. It was nice to have a chance to look around by ourselves but also know he was there to help. He demonstrated the difference between sprung slats and draws in beds which was useful and gave us a detailed description of mattresses. Overall we couldn't have had a better experience, he was incredibly helpful and friendly.

The Store Manager that served us really listened to our mattress requirements and was not at all pushy to make a sale. He was very knowledgeable about the products and even suggested a pillow to help with my neck problems (this has been brilliant).
