Visited Colchester store and was served by Octavia. Very knowledgable and was able to answer all our questions. Friendly assistant but not intrusive.

The sales assistant was very knowledgeable and very helpful, his manner was friendly without being pushy, and although there were plenty of beds to choose from, he helped us choose the right mattress for us. We would definitely recommend dreams to our friends

The staff were very friendly and helpful,gave us time and space to browse and answered all our questions when we were ready to place our order.The whole experience was calm,pleasant and had a cup of tea as well!!!

the assistant rachel was so good when we asked her explanation was first class and so very helpful and my husband and myself truly did have a very good customer service today we had all the time to choose what we were looking for but when we asked anything . rachel explained all we needed to know and in our opinion she really knows her job really well
