Very welcoming and Danielle knew her products. Gave us choices and left us to try out the beds. Came back and offered us refreshments and offered us to try pillows to get the true experience.

Store manager Tony V was extremely polite, knowledgeable and left us alone to browse initially and offered help and advice when requested, he provided alternatives and options within the remit of what we were looking for.

Made an initial visit to look at products & received all the relevant details with no pressure or usual 'salesmans patter'. Prices quoted & various options quoted plus refreshments offered. On return some days later with my husband the employee remembered me & the products I was interested in. He escorted us to the items & went through all the product details & options for the benefit after supplying beverages. We were interested in another product which he went & got samples off so we could try these with mattress. The paperwork was completed quickly & efficiently but allowing us time to read through this & explaining the additional warranty option again without pressure to buy. Extremely friendly chap as was his colleague. A good team & should be valued by the company. My best purchasing experience in a long time!

My visit to the store was a pleasant experiace from start to finish,the stores assistant Danielle was very helpful she even made us a cup of tea, she was knowlegable obout the products ,and guided us to our needs, and made our visit stress free , thankyou Danielle.

Octavia was very helpful , got us a tea and the query we had on the start date of the IFC was handled by the store Manager who called me on Monday, like he said he would.

The assistant was able to answer my questions & make recommendations. He also asked us questions which in turn allowed us to consider if we were making the right choice. He wasn't pushy at all which is refreshing but was very helpful, brought other products to our attention, some of these we bought & others we chose not to.

Very happy with the experience. Danielle in the Colchester store looked after us. She knew the product extremely well and was a pleasure to deal with.

Very easy, went round the shop, trying out different the different types of mattress, we were asked straight away if we needed any help, considering we'd just been to a mattress store next door and been ignored, that was nice. Upon entering the store my wife & myself were greeted by a gentleman, by the name of TONY REYNOLDS. We explained our problem in choosing two single beds or one divan bed. We then also explained to him what type of mattress we preferred. With his knowledge we soon had made a decision, that being to purchase the Insignia Leighfield 3000 K Mattress & Luxury K P/T 4 Draw Base only Castors Ash. MR. J. STARTUP
