Danielle was really friendly and approachable. She knew the products and was really confident in her ability to answer each question we had. She was cheerful and a credit to the company.

The girls Octavia ad Danielle were lovely girls and very helpful and new what they were talking about. The mattress was delivered three days later very speedy.

We were greeted as soon as we entered the store and was shown the layout of the store and how the pricing worked and left to browse with a cup of tea but Rachel was around when we need to ask her questions

The assistant was extremely helpful and available if needed throughout our visit, helpful, realistic in understanding out needs. Organising our delivery within the week at a time that suited us. A good experience from start to finish with no pressure and an excellent outcome. We will return when further purchases are needed and recommend to others.

The store was nicely laid out with the opportunity to view and compare many products. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about their products and displayed customer care throughout, with a complete explanation of the products given.
