Dreams - Colchester

Danielle asked what my needs were and then directed me to the area if the store where I would find what I was looking for. Her product knowledge was very good and she answered all my question and printed out a quote for me. When I returned to the store a few days later I dealt with Tony V as it was Danielle's day off and he was also more than helpful when running through the products again and placing the order

On arrival were were greeted by Tony V at the tollgate store. Incredibly friendly and polite. Knew exactly what we needed/wanted. Tony V and his staff were fantastic with our very bored children offered drinks and a film. Included them in our purchace. Not very often you can go shopping with 2 energetic children and the staff be so brilliant with them. Over all a fantastic visit :) high 5 Tony V

The salesman Tony was extremely knowledgeable, he guided us through how we should start to choose a mattress and then left us to try at our own pace. He did however keep checking we were ok and answered any questions we had. The sales experience was brilliant as we did not feel pushed into any sale only guided with his experience which ultimately lead to our purchase which most definitely was the right one. Overall it was excellent service. We'll be back and most definitely recommend to our friends and relatives. Thank you.

The product was on display unlike other stores

we where highly satisfied with the service given to us by dreams colleague's Danielle and Rachel they are very polite, patient and knowledgeable in the products on sale and where able to advise us on what we where after. this made our experience very satisfactory.

Danielle was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Her customer service was excellent, leaving us to ponder and assisting when required.

Great service - initially from Tony V but then ultimately from Danielle who was absolutely brilliant.
