The help we got was very good and the information we got was also was very useful and we recieved a very nice cup of coffee while the the order and paperwork was dealt with

Even though the store was quite busy, I never felt rushed. The person know an amazing amount about beds, I was quite astonished with her knowledge, I'd not realised beds were so complicated

Extremely welcoming and knowledgeable staff who looked after us well. We didnt feel rushed or pressured and we were helped quickly to find products that suited our needs and budget

Having bought our previous beds from Dreams it felt natural to return here. Having had a walk round we were approached by Danielle who was friendly and informative. She told us what we needed to know and then stepped back leaving us to wander at our leisure. When we were ready to find out more she returned and briefed us, offered suggestions and spec information. Finally when we had narrowed our search down she helped us make that decision.

Rachel gave me all the information I needed to make my choice she was very helpful and I even got a cup of coffee

My wife and I visited the store on three occasions,on the first visit Tony was the sales person and on on the next two times Danielle.Both were very proffessional with explanations about the different types of bed and the pros and cons of the different "toppings" with the beds that had them.We were not pressured at all at any time to make a purchase ( hence the three visits) and was offered refreshments each time.They also went through your exchange polocy and insurance to cover any unforeseen problems. Both these people made it a pleasure to visit your store and made us feel welcome.

We were served by a lovely lady called Rachel who explained the mattress colours to us and then assisted us by explaining to us what each one we chose meant! She made us feel very welcome and never pressured us to make a rush decision, we originally only went in for a mattress but ended up buying two beds and a mattress. Rachel even made us a cup of tea :-)

The lady that served was called,Octavia. Her product knowledge was exceptionally good and her dedication to us and her job was of a very high quality. She endeavoured to assist whichever way she could and also made my wife and I coffee too. Would definitely recommend and return to your store in future. Thank you very much. Mr & Mrs Rogers.
