Dreams - Colchester

We were greeted immediately by Ross, and my wife and I were given advice as to what was the best mattress for our needs by asking us relevant questions and using a special in store bed to assess our needs. He then took us around the mattresses in the store so we could try them for comfort. We are both in our 80s and Ross was very knowledgeable about what would suit us best for our aches and pains, and pressure points. He was patient, and a great advocate for the store. We felt we had received excellent customer service from him and bought the mattress and 4 pillows. We can’t wait for them to arrive, and may go back for an adjustable bed base at a later date. We will definitely use Dreams again, and recommended them highly.

Liam was extremely helpful, explained the best options available to us and where we should be looking in the store based upon that. Whilst making a decision we were offered bottled water and at no time did we feel under pressure. Couldn't recommend more highly.

The assistance was very helpful without being pushy, he listened to everything we were looking for and advised us well, as well as giving us as much option as possible.

We were made to feel at ease and not pressured by the staff who were very courteous and welcoming all of them had a lovely smile even those not attending to us.
