I was looking for a single bed not too high off the floor and with storage, the member of staff that assisted me was polite and very knowledgeable. She used part of her own experience with her own child to explain or describe some features of the beds which could or could not be beneficial for my child based on what mine is like. She quoted easily off the top of her head many different mattresses and frames put together etc alongside delivery and assembly charges. She helped me to find the perfect bed for my son who needed a larger bed and space to sleep in and needed to have storage in the bed whilst keeping it as low to the floor as possible. She identified the perfect mattress which is so soft and comfy and low. I was absolutely chuffed when she found the perfect storage bed frame that my mischievous son hopefully has the least hands of breaking. Placing my order and going ahead with the purchase was quick and easy. With clear explanations and terms . I couldn't have had a better experience and all for a very affordable price. Will be coming back for my daughters bed in a year and a half.

Octavia was very helpful in explaining the benefits of a Tempur mattress via vis the price as this is high quality product. To be honest I still felt that this was a lot to spend on a mattress but she organised an additional discount which was the deciding factor in placing the order. I was also pleased with the delivery arrangements I.e. A call to be made in advance to arrange a2hour arrival time

helpful staff who understood my needs and were knowledgeable of their product range. Never felt pressured and was made to feel important. Traditional customer service which is a rare treat now days.

Octavia served us. My husband went in on Wednesday while I was at work. She gave him all the information for us to make a decision. We returned on Saturday and we were pleased to see her again. She spent time helping us with our colour choices and headboard, then served us and arranged our 0% credit agreement. She is a credit to your organisation

Octavia was pleasant and knowledgeable. The price before offers was very expensive but we took advantage of discounts and purchased our bed and mattress at a good price.

I had paid a visit to the store a few days before purchase and Octavia who I spoke to remembered me on the day I returned with my wife to buy our bed, the reason I say this is that not only did she remember me she also remembered exactly what I wanted without going through it all again. Most impressed.

Octavia was extremely helpful, patient and had a wealth of knowledge to assist us. We felt helped but not pressured. She made deciding what to get easy and stress free. She also informed us of services we were not aware of such as insurance. We spent more than we intended but felt we had received such a great service and the right product, we were happy to pay more.
