We received one on one help, all questions were answered and the sales assistant had vast knowledge of all the items we were interested in

The assistant was very attentive and also offered us refreshments which I found very unusual and was pleasantly surprised

Fantastic service without being pushy

We were approached by a salesperson (Octavia) within a short time of our entry into the store. We were directed to the products (mattresses) we were interested in & given a clear, concise explanation of the differences in those products. We were then given time to test the products, which was appreciated. We were asked if we would like a hot drink (which we did). On making our decision we sat down & were offered & explained additional products (Product cover etc). We were given a mutually agreed date for delivery, the paperwork was explained & completed in an efficient manner. We left the store feeling satisfied.

We found the salesman extremely helpful he explained all about the different types of mattresses and we found the beds laid out so it was very easy to find the type of mattress we wanted and not get confused as in most other bed shops which just seem to be jumbled up in no specific order.

Excellent Customer service from Danielle, answered all of our questions, was very friendly and approachable. The bed was exactly what we wanted and was in the sale.

I was Highly Satisfied with the Colchester store as Octavia was able to give me the details I needed regarding the items I was interested in. She also allowed me to try the mattresses without hovering over me which made me feel comfortable. The staff were also understanding with my disabled daughter as she was a handfull,climbed in the beds and trying to look through the staffs cupboards (sorry again) . Juice was there for my little girl which was nice. Everyone made me and my daughter feel welcome. If I had felt uncomfortable at any moment, I would have left the store.

Didn't experience any problems, well looked after as soon as we walked into the store.

Good selection. Very attentive staff who did not try and oversell anything and gave us space to decide.
