Rachel was excellent, offered assistance but then gave us the time and space to make our decision. The buying process was simple and straight forward, and the manager even presented us with a cuppa each while the paperwork was sorted out. Really good shopping experience, well done!

Shopping with 4 children under the age of 12 can be challenging, but the staff at Colchester Tollgate were great with them, giving my wife & I the ability to make the right choice. The sales assistant Octavia was very helpful, giving us all the information we needed without making us feel pressured. Therefore, I'm highly satisfied with the experience.
