The assistant was very knowledgeable and informative. He wasn't at all pushy and gave me plenty of time to decide which product I wanted. He even gave me tea and bicuits. A great experience.

Very satisfied with the all round service. Very friendly members of staff, answering all our queries when needed and were not pushy at all. We were offered refreshments, which was a nice touch as we were there for some time. Left feeling that we had got exactly what we wanted.

Staff where very helpful and put me at my ease as I have a disability that can cause me distress when in public

Danielle was helpful without loitering and allowed us to shop in our own time. She was able to answer all our technical queries on the spot.

Staff were very friendly and polite- explain the types of beds and mattress and left us alone to wonder around which is what we prefer . Once we decided she was happy to place our order. Can't stand pushy sales people as that would have definitely put us off and we would have left without a purchase.

The gentleman (Tony) that helped us was really friendly and he knew his stuff. He made us laugh and was really passionate about the job he was doing. We loved the colour coordination of the shop, it was so easy and 'first time buyer' friendly. The process of ordering was brilliant really quick and easy even when were near closing time. Great store!
