Dreams - Colchester

The staff were very helpful and really friendly, they offered us a drink and biscuits, showed us all the promotions in store and helped us find the best deal for what we wanted, very happy with the service.

Danielle assisted us with the most pleasant and helpful way possible. She showed us the product we wanted and gave us time to test and consider without badgering us. Was extremely knowledgeable of the product and put us at ease to choose what was right for us. Explained all the delivery and collection details so we understood everything without any doubt in our mind that if there was a problem we could contact her and she would sort it out. Outstanding service....

I had been in the store before looking as I've bought the bed for my new house. Tony V had said to me, regarding the bed I was interested in - this was his favourite mattress and when I came back, ask him and he'll tell me same answer. Not only did he remember me, the name of the mattress, and our conversation, but was able to remember the exact spec we'd agreed on at the time (early September) as the bed was on longer on display at the store. Very impressed with the service he offered. Absolutely exemplary.

We previously purchased a mattress from Bensons for Beds for £1500 and experienced terrible customer services. The mattress was rubbish and we were left high and dry. The whole experience with Dreams is so different, so far. The salesman was knowledgeable and understanding, couldn't do enough to help but left us to make up our minds without pressuring us. The delivery people were superb too, very considerate and friendly. Everyone connected to Dreams has been brilliant. Its been a "Dream Purchase" from start to finish.

We had been in the store just long enough to require information when Danielle turned up, asked if we needed any help and proceeded to explain the different types of mattress on display, and their identifying colour codes.

Friendliness of staff member and not feeling rushed. Clear explanations in response to questions and layout of store enabled easy access to trying the beds.

Assistant was polite, asked lots of questions about what we were looking for in a bed. Offered lots of advice and was able to show us what beds we should be looking at (colour range). As we also purchased new pillows as well as a bed advice was also given in regard to the type of pillow needed for our needs. The overall general service was faultless.

These service was great, very helpful. The delivery men arrived within the specified time and were lovely. There names were Callum and Shaun I believe.
