Just because of the overall attention and help that we received from Octavia and the Manager. Its a pleasant change to depart from a big store and be able to say honestly that we were very well looked after.

The assistant seemed to know his product and gave advice why to choose one product rather than another

The assistant, Danielle, was so helpful. She had tremendous knowledge of the products she was selling.

Staff were open and friendly not pushy but were attentive and knew the products.

We visited the Colchester store and were welcomed as soon as the team were free (it appeared to be a very busy day). They were both very helpful and accommodating, offering a cup of tea as we were considering our options. We decided on purchasing a bed and were taken through the process very well. They seemed to work very well as a team, looking after all the customers in a very pleasant manner!

Shortly after entering the Store Danielle introduced herself and then left us to browse. She later came and asked if we required any assistance and explained about the different types of mattresses. We found Danielle to be extremely helpful and she had excellent product knowledge. We liked the fact that at no time did she put any pressure on us to buy and she remained extremely friendly and cheerful. We had originally only intended to look at the various beds and make our mind up later but because we felt relaxed and under no obligation we changed our mind and decided to purchase there and then We would thank Danielle for a truly pleasant experience and believr she is a credit to your Company

Quick, easy, value for money - wasn't continuously pestered, help was there when we wanted it

No fuss just straight in. Asked assistant for help with the divan ottoman it was no trouble. Nicola was very informative and professional in delivering the information and certain rules. All in all excellent service at the Colchester store.

Tony was extremely helpful throughout our visit from an initial breakdown of how the beds were laid out in the store all the way through to the final purchase. We were even given teas and coffees during our visit. He also didn't hover around us and left us to make decisions whilst still being available for questions when they arouse.
