We were extremely well looked after by Danielle. Her product knowledge, explanation of the store layout and advice were all excellent. She was attentive without being pushy and generally made us feel very well looked after and comfortable in our shopping experience.

only looking for a pillow on entering we looked at the pillows near the door but could not see one we wanted,after about a minute Danielle asked if we were ok /needed help and then pointed out the pillows at the back of the store once we knew hwere they were she left us to browse(importantly did not hover)but had said if we needed help she was available.Having found one in that display that we liked we then looked at beds while we there might as well look.Again after a few minutes of looking Danielle appeared and asked if we needed help which at that point we did because we only wanted the Divan bed and not the mattress and the prices on the board were for the set.Danielle explained that they were priced individually and could check that price for us on the system and also the availibility oh and did we need a headboard etc we did need one and she guided us through the options of colours and styles and prices that can be matched so we chose one depending on price of the divan.At the till area Danielle seated us run through the prices which were good /delivery placed our order explained everything professionally without her we would only have pillow informative but NOT pushy tks

Very helpful, knowledge re different products

We were given good advice on the quality need for our application. Also we given options to meet our needs; and given advice on how we might have our needs satisfied

Assistant was extremely helpful and attentive to our needs without being pushy and gave us space to choose the best product for us but remaining at hand when needed.

The member of staff dealing with my order was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable on the products I was looking at. I was left to look at items alone, without feeling pressured, and felt comfortable whilst shopping in the store.

The colleagues we saw were knowledgeable friendly and welcoming. At no time did we feel pressured.

Good range of products, very helpful sales staff and reasonable prices
