Initial scoping visit was very positive and on return 2 weeks later we were very well looked after. Knowledgeable staff and very hospitable (coffee, club biscuits which i have not had for years) and no hard sell

The colleague who assisted me was pleasant and polite without being pushy. He explained the different qualities of the mattresses and answered my questions with confidence.

Assistant Rachel was wonderful, took the time to go through the options with me, made sure I was happy and even had a kind word or two for my 3 year old son who was with me.

Super friendly and efficient, nothing was too much trouble and we were given a lovely cup of tea. Full of information and assisted in helping us make a fantastic purchase. Tony. R was fabulous.

First visit about 7pm on a Monday evening only one assistant we were ignored However we did give them another chance on Saturday glad we did as Tony v was fab Excellent service and knowledge we even had a coffee Would recommend
