Best customer service I have experienced in a long time. The gentleman helping us struck a perfect balance of being friendly, helpful and professional. He was not pushy and left us at the right moments to give us time to look and try the mattresses. He offered us a cold drink as it was a hot day and was polite and helpful.

Ross new his products. We were very specific about our needs. He showed us the options and made our decision very easy.

Staff very helpful and knowledgeable were offered refreshments which helped due to the hot weather range of products and pricing I found very good found your bed machine very helpful to find out what mattress was best for me and my partner due to the fact we have a young son who also likes to sleep in our bed. thanks for all your help
