We were served by Tony R and he was extremely helpful, lots of knowledge on the products available and quickly understood our needs and preferences when talking to us about the product. He was not pushy and left us to find the product we prefered but was also there and available when needed.

The Manager of Tollgate store was very helpful. Not pushy or salsey and equally gave enough information without being patronizing or annoying

The staff were friendly, helpful and the perfect balance between being available and not being too intrusive. I was allowed to browse and try out the products at my own leisure and every time I needed assistance, advice or guidance there was always someone there to help out. The staff were courteous, funny, and overall made the experience a pleasure.

On Entering the Store we were allowed to browse, The Salesman could then see we needed Help and approached us, no pressure, I told him what I required and he gave us some Options, Again no pressure, Once I had decided The bed I Required The rest was simple and Quick, He went through it with us just to make sure all was OK, The rest is History. Perfect!
