Dreams - Colchester

Sales assistant Tony V took plenty of time to explain the construction of the beds, all the different springing, padding, fabrics used etc. Explained the reason for the vast price range. Very informative. Relaxed atmosphere without feeling pressured.

The person was very helpful as we had special requirements due to double amputee height etc of bed base and mattress patient and obliging

The lady who served me was very good at her job if it was not for her I wouldn't have bought a bed

The female assistant was not at all pushy but available when help was needed. Her knowledge of the products on offer was very good and helpful in my choice of bed and mattress. Also seemed a nice person!

Danielle was looking after us the whole hour we were in the store. Her product knowledge was incredibly good. And she was friendly without being too friendly...which is difficult to do! She sorted out a small issue with the credit company who did not get my details correct and spent a long time on the phone dealing with this. She really was very very good.

the store manager tony v greeted us on entry was very helpful explained all the options available to us appeared to have good product knowledge then he left us to browse which was nice not to have someone pestering you offered refreshments and generally had a pleasant manner

The staff were friendly and very helpful and accommodating. We were offered a drink too which was most welcome.

We initially visited Dreams the weekend prior, and Tony V (manager, I believe) helped us with all of our questions. I was determined to get a firm mattress as my current mattress is too soft (i'm unsure what rating it is) but he advised against it as it probably wasn't suitable for us (based on my back complaints, build, etc.). We went away, did a bit of research ourselves and found that people with similar issues to mine had made the mistake of ordering firm mattresses, and regretted it - Tony was right. So this weekend we came back, Tony immediately showed us some more suitable mattresses, and explained that we also got 20% off because of the deal on at that time (a pretty huge saving), which encouraged us to get the service plan / cover. Tony's an absolute star. Highly satisfied.

Given time to browse before being approached. Then offerrd assistance if required and made welcome. Sales person when approached knew which products i had shown interest in and provided assistance and advice when i had narroed my choice to a few beds . Good advice re mattres as wrll given. lack of bedside cabinet But as this is not your main product no real problem however would be good to see some more. A picture of bed as it is delererd as a flat pack and details of what to expect as to whay to do to assrmble the product on deluvery. Also could we ask on delivery for okd bed to be taken away as it is not always known if we can srll or pass on to someobe elsr.
