the assistant (Rachel ) product knowledge and help was just right she gave us enough time on our own to try the different mattresses but was in the background if we needed help

The choice makes it difficult to know where to start but the assistant really helped us to narrow down the choices, was able to answer our questions, gave some great advice and was very friendly and helpful without being pushy. Signage was also helpful once we knew what we were looking for.

sales assistance was not persistent in pushing you into purchasing items . the assistant was very helpful in answering questions this made it easier to choose the right bed and mattress for our needs. was very pleased the way the sales man dealt with us nothing was to much trouble

I was allowed to look around the store before I was approached by a sales assistant, I told her what I was looking for and why (I have a bad back) and she was most helpful and knowledgeable about the products I was looking at. It took all of 15 minutes from entering the store to walking out with my order placed. GREAT SERVICE

I was planning going around a few places but from the minute we walk in the staff were very helpfull . Time wasn't a problem. They offered us refeshment to . So very happy as long as the bed is comfy

could not take out insurance as mattress is going on a adjustable frame even that motors were disconnected

Beds were displayed for easy viewing. The sales assistants were extremely helpful without being pushy. Availability of the beds and delivery were excellent.

the sales man was very good offered tea coffee explained the difference between the beds and mattress very clean and friendly shop would recomend to people that needs any beds mattresses happy with all the service today we were under no pressure from him (tony v)
