VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THE MANAGER, TONY V. WAS VERY HELPFUL AND TOOK TIME TO HELP US. WE WERE NOT RUSHED EITHER. GOOD QUALITY GOODS.

We were greeted by a very friendly member of staff as soon as we walked in but she wasn't over bearing, just let us know she was there if we needed assistance. We were offered tea and coffee by another member of staff which made the visit all that bit more personal. Extremely satisfied with the whole visit and I would definitely return to purchase another item.

We came back to order a mattres for my son because he liked ours which we had purchased at Dreams last year. We were given helpful advice on making our purchase which was obviously good advice as we came back for a repeat order.

Hospitality by staff was great, offered us refreshments and were really helpful which enabled us to purchase the right bed

Assistant not pushy but very helpful when asked and knew what she was talking about.

Tony was very helpful we went in thinking we knew exactly what we wanted however he was very knowledgeable and was able to help us make a more informed decision

The assistant (Tony) was highly knowledgeable, helpful and friendly and had a lot of patience. He gave us all the information we needed and more but without being pushy. Anything he wasn't sure of he looked up immediately and let us know. Overall a very positive shopping experience. The bonus was a lovely cup of coffee both times we went in.

It was just an easy time without all the bull you normally get when trying to buy something

The sales assistant was knowledgeable about the Tempur mattress that we were looking for. She offered us the 'sleep pod' to try and understood our needs. The store was not in our area but we would be happy to recommend.
