Dreams - Colchester

2 visits to store. First to look at the options available. Second to order the bed. On the second visit the manager dealt with us and was very helpful

The sales assistant was very polite and explained how the store was laid out ie the colour code and what to look for on the POS signed we found a mattress we like there was a pillow on the display which was very cool on the head he explained why this was so we brought two as they where on offer the sales assistant was alway polite and neather punched us for a hard sale he let us decide and when we needed his help he came over answered are questions

We received friendly and knowledgable advice and help from Tony R who allowed us plenty of time to test different mattresses before making our final choices and explained the pros and cons of the various options available.

Danielle was extremely helpful friendly and knowledgeable. She was quick and efficient (how I like my service) and nothing was too much trouble.

Staff helped as soon as I walked in the door and was friendly even when delivering my goods all smiles and sociable ... Prices are fair quality is good more than happy thank you

We were greeted in a friendly and warm manner by Octavia in your Colchester store. Octavia made us feel very welcome, even making us a coffee whilst she listened to what we wanted, didn't want, likes and dislikes. She pointed us towards several options that she felt might suit and explained her reasoning eloquently. She did a wonderful job of simplifying the information when I became over-awed with the choices available and, because she gave us plenty of time on our own, we didn't feel pressured in any way, which was such a pleasant change from the other shops we had been in to. We feel that Octavia went above and beyond in the assistance she offered us and we were very pleased to make our purchase with her. She is a valuable asset to your store.
