Tony V's expertise was just what we wanted as we both have had back/shoulder problems in the past year or so. He knew his products and answered each question we asked perfectly.

The member of the sales team knew everything about the product. We wanted a specific make and there was a huge selection in store to choose from. Pricing, the Dreams guarantee and availability made purchase painless and a good experience.

I was impressed that we could have the bed that week,but unfortunately for us that was convenient!!! When I said you can get free delivery online,he automatically cancelled the delivery charge. So very happy&would use Dreams again.

assitant really helpful as needed a softmattress but it had to allow air flow she knew stock and gave advice without being pushy and offered us tea or coffee v impressed even though we declined
