Really good service are assistant really new what she was talking about. Was offered other products which related to the bed we were buying. Overall was really easy to choose the bed we wanted and at a reasonable price to.

Customer service was great, was greeted as soon as I entered the store and was offered hot/cold drinks. Danielle who served me was very knowledgeable and friendly and the service was excellent.

With 2 young children that get bored very easily, the buying process was smooth, quick and I even managed a coffee.

The representative that served us was very knowledgeable and really listened to our needs rather than trying to just sell us the dearest item.

Octavia at Colchester Tollgate was very knowledgeable about all products we purchased and helpful in our decision making. Very efficient and the whole process did not take long from decision making to arranging finance. She explained all terms and conditions to ensure we fully understood.

I had initially gone to buy mattresses at Bensons, because it is nearer to me, but they do not offer a mattress disposal service which was very important to me. I went the extra distance to Dreams and I am very pleased I did. I entered the store, which smelt very nice, and a salesman, Tony R, gave me a friendly greeting and offered his assistance if I needed it. He confirmed that Dreams offer a mattress recycling service. I walked round the spacious, well organised store and was impressed by the variety of beds and mattresses on display. They were all well signed with the price, type of mattress and degree of firmness. I approached Tony R and explained what sort of mattresses I was looking for and he immediately took me to the appropriate ones. He suggested that I try the mattresses and even offered me refreshments. I made my choice and the resulting purchase process was quick and efficient.

The store manager Tony was the only member of staff in on the evening shift, and he spent his time making sure we had all the information to buy the bed we wanted. We originally went in to purchase a divan and mattress, We selected the ones we wanted, but a chance look at the tv beds on my part, and we changed our minds! Tony did not give us the hard sell, but guided our decision based on the facts, and the options available to us. He talked to us about life, about beds, and was really great with our moody 2 year old! I would highly recommend his service, and his store.

Danielle was fantastic, really helpful and knowledgeable as well as friendly, really good service.

The manager was very helpful and gave us plenty of advice making our choice very quick and easy. We had completed our order within ten minutes of entering the store because the beds were well marked with prices and details.
