I was shown how the colour coding worked and was made an excellent cup of coffee by tony v, i was left to my own devices which i liked as i hate pushy sales people to the point of me walking out of stores.When my decision was made the paperwork was explained and i was supplied with the green bag and was told of the 40 day option.

Octavia in tolgate retail park was extremely warm and friendly. She shared valuable information with us and answered our questions with ease but also gave us time to browse and discuss amongst ourselves. There wasn't anything hard sale about her she shared the information that we asked for and then allowed us time to explore in store, how we wanted to, but always near enough to answer anything else that cropped up. Thank you for making the experience so easy!!

Staff were very helpful they explained everything by the colour code which was excellent. It didn't take us very long to choose our mattress. We were offered a drink of cold or hot. We will certainly go to the Colchester shop again,brilliant experience.

The customer service was amazing. Tony V was very helpful and was with us throughout the whole visit. He knew where everything was and suggested what would be best without imposing his opinion. The value for the products we bought was great and the purchasing process was very prompt. It was a really great experience and would definitely go again.

The bed we wanted was there and available for delivery at an time we wanted, the salesman was very helpful.

I have previously shopped in dreams, having bought beds and matrasses for my wife and I also my son recently made several purchases from your outlets.
