on arrival, staff & management team were very welcoming & very attentive during our visit

The lady who assisted me was very helpful. Together we measured all the items to see if they would fit in my bedroom. After I decided all the items I required, the lady then put every thing into the computer to see what the best deal she could get me as I would be paying by cash. I was very happy with the result and decided there and then to go with the deal. I am really excited and can't wait to see it all in my house.

We received outstanding support from the two members of staff we saw at the store, very helpful, knowledgeable and professional - We even got a cup of coffee

We were allowed to take our time viewing the products available and were not harassed in any way. Once we had made a decision we proceeded to place our order which did not take much time

Member of staff friendly, professional, and efficient, answered all our questions and demonstrated the sofa bed we were interested in, perfect for our needs, reasonable price, order process simple, awaiting delivery, although a bit of a drive from our home we'll return here in future if we require any more bedroom items

The store was set out to make everything I wanted to examine in a great order. The member of staff attended to my enquiries with good understanding and pleasant manner. Everything I wanted was available immediately, and the delivery date I wanted was arranged with th prospect of changing if things don't work out with the readiness of the room.

The assistant Tony V was helpful but not intrusive. The store had all the beds marked out with signs on each bed so you were in no doubt as to to firmness of mattress. We were offered a hot drink twice. The experience was very professional in every way.

We were very impressed with Octavia's product knowledge & her willingness to show us the different products.
