Dreams - Colchester

Danielle was fantastic and knew all the products in your range. We walked in and did not have a clue until she approached us. We ended up doing a mix & match on Divan and mattress. A good asset to Dreams, she is highly motivated and enjoys her role I believe.

There was a good range to choose from and the store staff were helpful but not pushy.

The level of service was brilliant. The salesman was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the visit. He also gets 10 out of 10 for his patience while we dithered over our selection.

We found the assistant very knowledgeable and welcoming. There is a great deal of choice and it was helpful to have the alternatives discussed. We spent more than we had set out to but genuinely felt we had got very good value for money and a higher quality product than we set out to find.

All members of staff were friendly and helped us with what we were looking for, they told us which would be best for us and we were seen to quickly. I would defiantly recommend dreams to friends and family.

The member of staff was friendly and very knowledgeable, made you feel at ease and made the process of buying a bed much easier as I believe if I had not had this great service from the member of staff I may well of looked at more stores to purchase my mattress as it was this was the only store I visited and felt comfortable ordering my bed from.
