The whole experience of visiting this store and deciding to buy was all made possible by the knowledge and effort of sales person Danielle we was left alone to look after her initial hello and can I help until we went to her for questions that we had Danielle is a credit to the company even after finding a small mistake the next day on our order I rang the store and this was sorted very quickly one very happy customer apart from getting home to find on line it's free delivery and we paid for delivery but as Danielle priced matched and we got a better mattress I am not worried

Fantastic customer service from the staff at Colchester store, very informative, very attentive, explained everything thoroughly, made it an enjoyable shopping experience.

This was probably the best retail experience I have had in the last few months / years. Your sales colleague made us feel welcome and then took time to understand our particular needs. He gave us a clear recommendation which was explained in terms of the information we had provided to him, but may also have been partially based on internal Dreams sales targets. Tony encouraged us to try various limited combinations of mattress / pillow and these re-inforced his recommendations (which was not the most expensive). When we returned from visiting your competitors, which we found disappointing, we explained that we had become time poor and Tony both ensured we received refreshments and had sufficient time to place our order.

I knew what I wanted and your salesmen directed me to what you had available, I wanted a 4ft bed for spare room but because of delivery time I did not want to wait and settled for a single bed delivery 5 days 4woukd have been better for our guest

I found the staff to be friendly and they had a great knowledge and good understanding of my needs and showed me what I wanted and they showed me some better options that I hadn't thought of which has left me feeling satisfied and I feel I got good value for my money.

I had previously visited Dreams two days ago and told the assistant I would be returning today with my husband. Tony B greeted us, remembering me, and stayed with us during our time in the store pointing out the various differences with the wide choice of mattresses available. We appreciated his input as after telling him roughly what we wanted he was able to help us make our final choice.
