Assisted by Octavia on this visit. Very polite and helpful. Not pushy left us to discuss and decide but there if we needed her assistance. Paperwork was quick and explained well. Delivery time v quick and other products available if required. Very pleased with our visit and will let friends and family know.

Sales assistant on hand to offer advise as soon as I walked into the store. She was able to conduct an analysis of mattress needs from a few key pieces of information provided by myself and then advised me on the best type of mattress for myself and my husband. Once the mattress was purchased, deliverey was organised very quickly, 4 days. Delivery was also cheaper than some near by stores.

The sales assistant, Tony V, was attentive, knowledgeable, polite and courteous. He was not at all "pushy" and allowed us plenty of time to make our choice. We were in the store for over an hour. We were able to try beds and once we had found one suitable, we were allowed time to lay on the bed, rest and relax in our own time, to ensure we had chosen the right bed for us. We did not feel forced to make a purchase.

Tony quickly helped us navigate the shop and mattresses, no pressure very good - enabling us to identify a product we wanted. On the Sunday I surfed the internet and found some more competitive prices and called Rachel (Tony introduced us on Sat) to see if she could match / beat the prices - we exchanged 2 or 3 calls and then came to a deal. She was very polite and keen to get the business but also firmly and politely pushed back when I wrongly stated the price for a king size vs Super king size mattress

We were offered assistance quite promptly, then allowed to browse undisturbed until we needed further attention. The sales staff offered us coffee and were generally helpful, without pressing us in any way. The sale was completed efficiently. We were offered extras, such as extended warranty, but again, there was no pressure, just an explanation of the costs and benefits.

There are a good range of mattresses on offer and the staff are attentive but not imposing providing the requires information when requested and offering helpful suggestions.

Was not pounced on as you walk in the store. Plenty of staff to help if needed. Tony was very knowledgeable and polite. Made a wonderful cup of coffee. Dreams will always be our shop from now on. Thank you
