We were left alone just long enough to get a feel for what we needed. Tony V explained the products asked what we liked and advised accordingly. He left us to decide then approached us again when we were ready! Oh and he also made us both a coffee

The staff allowed you the time to look at your own leisure and only approached when it was clear you may want assistance instead of pouncing as soon as you walked through the door. They were clear and concise with the information they provided and were friendly and approachable.

Good service from the salesman, he knew his product, answered all our questions, nothing was too much trouble.

The main reason for this is because of the staff help from Danielle, she helped us when we first visited the store today, she had loads of advice and priced things up for us, we visited again later to purchase she was just as helpful - makes it much easier

We were helped by Tony V who was both knowledgeable and friendly in helping my girlfriend and I find just the right mattress for us. When we were unsure as to which firmness of mattress we wanted, he helpfully told us about the 40 day satisfaction guarantee which gave us the confidence to place our order. Tony V was great and a credit to the store, very approachable, not at all pushy and would make us choose Dreams again next time we need anything for the bedroom.

I took a friend who needed an ottoman bed +mattress and I wanted to order a made to order bed frame. I had already bought 2 beds from you last December. Our assistant Octavia, who, I understand is fairly new to the job, was excellent and could answer all our questions. Another assistant even made us tea! I won't get my bed for several weeks so hopefully it will be as good as it looks. Going back to my previous purchases, the delivery service was excellent, a very helpful Swiss man who brought the beds inside even though I paid for 'to the door' delivery. So far , so good.

The chap that assisted us (Tony I think) was very knowedgeable , friendly, NOT pushy at all. Even offered us a cup of tea
