The store manager assisted us very competently to make our choice, leaving us to wander round the store with out any pressure, there was a good selection and we didn't feel the need to shop elsewhere

The sales assistant was very knowledgeable about the products we were looking at and gave us help and advice to aide our choices. We were very impressed at her thoroughness and demeanour throughout our time with her.

INSTANT ATTENTION WAS GIVEN, ASSISTANT KNEW THE PRODUCTS & ADVISED US ACCORDINGLY. hE WAS PLEASANT AND HELPFUL ALL THE TIME. GOOD VISIT

The assistant, Octavia explained the different types of mattresses and then said she would leave us to browse at leisure, bit was near at hand if we had any questions, there was no pressure to buy.

The assistant was very helpful as i didnt have a clue about all the different beds.

The staff were friendly and helpful with good knowledge of the products and which products would suit our needs

We had our 2 small children with us, one of which is 3 weeks old. The sales assistant l, Danielle was very good with our Daughter and even offered to comfort our nrwborn so we could try the mattresses. Danielle listened to our needs/wants, was very knowledgable about the products and advised to which products would be the best for us. The whole process from walking into the store, waiting for a credit check, being accepted and paper work was done took less that 90 mins and was extremely stress free.
