Fantastic customer service from Jamie, a new member of staff. Attentive and not pushy.

I went in to buy a matteress, I had never brought one before and the man that helped me was brilliant I told everything that I wanted and he delivered brilliantly. Answered all my questions even the silly ones and I just don't think he could have been more helpful.

We were greeted at the door and welcomed in. We was asked what we were looking for and was immediately taken to where we needed to look. The shop was very clean. Covid rules were adhered to. We was looked after very well and we came away with what we were looking for. All staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

I was impressed with the staff straight away as they didn't jump all over us and gave us time to wonder. the staff were helpful and just really nice, had two different members of staff on the two visits we made and normally I moan about everyone and anything but couldn't here.

Liam in the Colchester store was extremely polite, professional, friendly and personable. He had great knowledge of the products we were interested in, and processes, with no pressure put on us to purchase.

I really appreciated the no push sales and that the staff took note of you when you entered the store but actually gave you time to have a look around the store before approaching to see if I needed assistance the COVID prevention procedures were very good and the member of staff did not pressure me at all for a sale after he had showed me my suggested selection and I left to continue looking for options. It was the great customer service product selection and non pushy sales that had me go back to the store and settle on my order after getting aggravated at other stores
