Dreams - Colchester

WENT IN THE STORE WITH AN IDEA OF WHAT I WANTED, ASSISTANT APPROACHED WITHIN MINUTES AND HELPED WITH ANSWERS AND SHOWED ME THE PRODUCT I WAS INTERESTED IN PLUS ALTERNATIVE AND GAVE GOOD ADVICE.

We were served by Danielle at the Colchester Tollgate store who was very personable and helpful and really knew what she was talking about for each product. We didn't feel under any pressure from her to get a sale out of us; just courteous and friendly assistance when needed. We'd been to three other stores and this was our last one to look at a new bed. Danielle demonstrated great product knowledge on the bed we were looking at and also on all the different types of mattresses on show. We were even offered a coffee by the store manager which was a nice touch. A very different experience to that shown in the previous store. Once we'd decided on the product, the sale process was quick and easy. Its not always about what your buying, but good customer service and customer experience are very important and the staff in this store have got it spot on!

The store was clean and well laid out. Octavia the sales assistance approached asking if I needed any help. I told her my requirement she suggested suitable options. I was then left to look at my leisure. After a time she asked if she could be of any further help. She answered my question after which I decided on the bed I would purchase. The order process was good and she explained every stage thoroughly. The manager made me a drink. All staff were pleasant and helpful. The store had a excellent atmosphere. 10/10 to Octavia.

I was impressed by the way that the staff did not hassle myself or my wife. The made sure that we understood the layout of the store and answered our questions and then left us to try the mattresses. They were then ready to answer the next questions we had. It was very good professional service

Immediately welcomed when entering the store and not pressurised or "store Stalked". Knowledge of Tony V who served us ensured we were satisfied that we had made the right purchase for ourselves.

The friendly help of the staf, the good value for money products, the understanding manner of the staff for each individual need.

We were served by Rachel. She was extremely helpful, discussing our needs with us and impressing us greatly with her knowledge of the products. She made the whole experience very enjoyable and we went home feeling that we had been excellently served and by a very charming person. We feel that Dreams is very lucky to have such an able saleswoman and we would certainly recommend her to our friends and family.
