Dreams - Colchester

We went to the branch to buy an item, were welcomed and had the location of what we wanted pointed out to us and then left alone unless we wanted further help. Professional but not overly pushy which would have made us leave.

We were given assistance by the dream employee Tony V within a few minutes of arriving in the store. He was pleasant & knowledgeable of dreams products. Also he wasnt trying to sell us the most expensive bed, but took time to hear our personal requirements.

The assistant understood exactly what we were looking for and had great in depth knowledge of the mattresses and pillows which were the items that we purchased today. Hopefully it will be the right choice for a needs.

Got what we felt was a good bargain. Was surprised to hear of yr 40day if u r not satisfied returns policy and that clinchedit for us as we werre very wary of a change after having previous bed for 40 years..

The assistant and all the staff were really helpful, knowledgeable and friendly

Had been to a few stores for a bed and dreams where the most helpful and friendlier than other stores helped us choose the right bed And they were the only store to give military discount Danielle was a great help

Tony was very helpful and explained the various options available in detail allowing us to make an informed decision. When placing the order in store the following day, I wanted to order some additional items which Tony kindly discounted. I was very happy with the deal we we're given and the overall experience was very professional. We purchased our existing bed from Dreams 10 years ago and I would not hesitate in recommending Dreams to our friends and family.

I visited this store on the evening of the 4th Jan and Danielle was on duty, What I liked the most is I wasn't pounced on to buy instantly Danielle said hello and was aware that I was there and then when I was ready to ask my questions Danielle was extremely helpful explained to me the quality's of each mattress, I was also pointed towards your offers, shown the quality of the bed frames and I think I tried nearly every bed in the shop. What I also liked about Danielle is id said I wasn't buying there and then but I still received EXCELLENT customer service and I was also given 3 different quotes with the bed frame I liked with the different mattresses I couldn't decide between. I returned tonight to purchase the bed frame and Ive gone for a tempur mattress I specifically went back on Danielles shift as she makes you very relaxed and comfortable whilst shopping, an asset to your company one very happy customer with the service so far
