We were served quickly by a knowledgeable staff member who was freindly and professional. Her name was Octavia. She took time to explain some of your great offers and features and listened to our requirements before offering some excellent advice. We were very impressed and exceptionally pleased with our experience. Thank you.

Level of service, products available

The service received from Danielle was exemplary. She knew the products extremely well and assisted us without any pressure. I would certainly return to this store.

The Shop Assistant was able to answer any of our queries also we were able to see what we were looking for as everything was labelled very well, was able to look around without being pestered by Sales people which I found was a bonus.

The assistant, Danielle, listened to our requirements and showed us to the several beds that met our requirements. She then left us to examine an test the beds for a short while. Danielle then returned and went through the technical details of the two options we had made and assisted us in the correct bed for our needs.
