We were looked after the whole time while deciding on which bed too choose.

We just went in the store to have a look, but ended up spending £1500 on a bed, which we love and cannot wait for it to be delivered, the staff were amazing without being overpowering.

The sales assistant was helpful and answered all of our questions. She wasn't pushy and we didn't feel pressurised into buying a mattress. We were able to try each mattress at our leisure and the staff were extremely helpful when the booking system was busy and there was a delay in putting through our order. This calm and relaxing approach by the staff resulted in us purchasing a mattress on the day.

I have a bad back problem and was looking for a bed that really suited my needs. The staff were great and helpful. They did not pressurise me into anything I didn't want. They helped with the bed frame knowing exactly what I needed. Overall it was a good shopping experience especially when you are spending a lot of money.

the salesman was incredibly helpful, had good product knowledge and nothing was too much trouble. He was happy to let us browse, was there when we had any questions and was very clear in his explanation of the various beds, mattresses and headboards.
