l found the staff helpful, very knowledgeable on products and completely professional though out our visit.

Danielle helped us and was both efficient and patient whilst having to repeat herself at times because our 2year old was bored and being mischievous. She showed us all beds that were compatible with the mattress we'd picked and told us her recommendations with my current pregnancy bedtime needs and my partners bad back needs. All members of staff were polite. We decided on paying for assembly as we chose an ottoman bed frame, but were shocked we had to pay £40 on top just for delivery into the room (thought that that plus assembly fees was alot to pay) we didn't feel pushed into buying a more expensive bed frame or matress which was refreshing as most other places do that.. She offered us the 8 year garuntee for either the bed frame and matress or just one, and advised on getting it for the frame incase the ottoman feature etc broke within the time limit, so we opted for cover on the frame but not mattress. Probably the most helpful and in a sense relaxing experience I've had when replacing a frame and mattress.The whole experience was reassurring.

We were offered a full range of beds and the comfort of them were explained clearly. We made our purchase and paper work was completed very efficiently. Also we were made a lovely cup of coffee and received very friendly service.

The Colchester store had exactly what I was looking for, the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful, although it was nearly their closing time, I did not feel harassed they were more than happy to make sure I was fully satisfied with my purchase. I would definitely recommend that store and will return to buy my son's bed in December 2015. 10/10 for the staff at that branch.

I had already browsed online and knew what I was looking for, I was very pleased with Danielle at the store she was friendly and helpfull and knowledgable in her field. When it came to ordering and payment again she knew exactly what to do and made the whole process seamless, Danielle is a credit to your store !!!

The colours used to identify types of mattresses helped a lot and the knowledge of the assistant who served us decide which product to choose.
